The user is unable to license their software#

Each time a computer acquires a license, a license lock is activated. This lock remains active for approximately 4-8 hours after the user closes the application.

• For example, if a user starts using the application at 10:00 AM and closes it at 2:00 PM,
  the license will remain locked for another 4-8 hours for that user.
  After the lock time expires, the license is released and can be used by another user.

• If the user starts the application again during the lock period,
  the license lock is reset, and the process starts over from the beginning.

Why can’t I see any licenses ?#

Go to the website, navigate to your user account and click on “Licenses” to check if you have any available licenses or if they have expired.
