If the application is not launching correctly, make sure you have the latest version of the program and that your operating system meets the minimum system requirements of the application.
Also, check if there are any other programs or processes on your computer that may affect the performance of the application.
You can also try resetting the application or performing a reinstallation.
macOS#
- To uninstall an application on macOS devices, find the location where the application was installed.
The quickest way to do this is to right-click on the desktop icon and, from the contextual menu, click “Show Original.” The exact steps are described in the Location tab.

Next, delete the entire folder named “Agameri”. The application will be completely removed from your device.

Next, download and reinstall the application following the same steps described in the download section.

After reinstalling the application, restart it and check if the issues that occurred earlier have been resolved. If the application is working properly, the problem has been resolved. However, if problems still persist, please contact us for further assistance support@agameri.com
Windows#

To uninstall an application in Windows, click on the “Start” button in the lower left corner of the screen, and then click on the “Settings” icon (gear symbol).

In the settings, find the “Apps” section and click on it.

You will see a list of installed applications on your computer. Find “Agameri Toolbox 2023”.

Click on the application, and then click on the “Uninstall” button. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the uninstallation process.

Next, download and reinstall the application following the same steps described in the download section.
